getSpaceItem

获得艺术空间一级栏目

输入参数：Directory=艺术家空间名称；返回数据：DataSet，此 DataSet 只包含一个 DataTable。Item(ItemID)=一级栏目ID；Item(ShowOrder)=栏目排序值；Item(ItemTitle)=一级栏目标题；Item(ArtType)=所属艺术类型；Item(ArtType_en)=所属艺术类型英文。
