getSpaceList

获得艺术空间二级栏目

输入参数：ItemID=一级栏目ID；返回数据：DataSet，此 DataSet 只包含一个 DataTable。Item(ListID)=二级栏目ID；Item(ShowOrder)=栏目排序值；Item(ListTitle)=二级栏目标题。
